MMS HOLIDAY COOKIE DONATION SIGN-UP!

 The MMS HSA is gifting a dozen cookies to each staff member.

 We need 125 dozen cookies!

 Please let us know below how many dozen cookies you can bake and donate. Not a baker, no problem, we'll also accept store-bought cookies.

Cookies should be dropped off at MMS on Thursday, December 15 between 1:15 - 3:00pm.
