Library Volunteers Needed

Parent volunteers need to support our students and staff in the MMS Library this school year! Volunteer assistance helps keep our library vibrant, organized, and welcoming for all students. Sign-up now through Monday, Sept 18

Volunteer Details:

• Time: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM on designated days.

• Frequency: The frequency will vary based on the day of the week due to the A/Day B/Day schedule.  

• Tasks Include: Creating bulletin boards and book displays, shelving and weeding books, processing new materials, performing inventory scans, and assisting with special projects as needed. (Note: Spring Book Fair volunteer opportunities will be shared on a separate schedule).  

District Policy & Background Checks: Per District Policy 9180, parents volunteering 6 or fewer times per year do not require fingerprinting. If you plan to volunteer more than 6 times across the district this year, fingerprinting is required. Please review the district’s Fingerprinting Instructions & Link.
