CHS is happy to invite you all to our virtual Rising Freshman Parent & Student Course Request/Program of Studies Night.  The presentation will take place on Wednesday, Feb 7th from 7-8pm. 

The purpose of this presentation is to explain course tracks/progressions in all departments. As the course request portal will open soon in PowerSchool for students and parents to access, we want to make sure everybody is as informed as possible before diving in.

SEPAC SOMA's annual February meeting explores the Intersection of Race and Special Education in the South Orange & Maplewood School District. Special Guests: Dr. Ahadi Bugg-Levine, JESPY House Board of Trustees, Attorney, Disability Rights Advocate; and Kerri Waibel, SOMSD Director of Access and Equity. Learn more about this meeting and the Special Education Parent Advisory Committee (SEPAC).

The Maplewood Middle School HSA PeloFUNd Ride is happening next Sunday, February 11th anytime between 7am and 2pm. This is a fun no cost fundraiser which helps support very important school social and enrichment events which enhance learning and experiences for all of our students.

This is a virtual event. Please spread the word! If you have a Peloton Bike and/or have someone in your life who does, please consider joining us on the leaderboard next Sunday #MMSPeloFUNdRide.

No bike? No problem. You can still register and run, ride, hike, bike, or walk on your own and join us in spirit. If you are not available next Sunday please still consider donating and doing your own run, ride, hike, bike ride, or walk anytime throughout the week.
